Sacred Grief Pathway

For Parents Navigating the Experience of Witnessing Their Child Struggle with Mental Health and Addiction

There is a unique kind of grief that can accompany witnessing someone you love struggle with their mental health or addiction.

It is a grief often shaped by many losses—not only the loss of what has been, but the loss of what we once imagined might be.

Over time, the emotional weight of loving, supporting, worrying, hoping, and not knowing can begin to influence every aspect of our lives. What often begins as concern can gradually become an ongoing state of grief—one that touches our emotional, mental, physical, energetic, and spiritual well-being.

This pathway was born from my own journey as a parent—one I continue to walk today.

While every family's experience is unique, I understand the emotional terrain that can accompany loving and supporting a child through mental health challenges, addiction, and the lasting effects of trauma.

If my own journey has taught me anything, it is this:

We do not have to walk it alone.

The Relationship We Have With Ourselves

The relationship we have with ourselves is continually expressed through the way we move through life.

As parents, our children witness that relationship every day—not only through the words we speak, but through the choices we make, the way we respond to life's challenges, and the way we care for our own well-being.

Through experience, I came to understand that one of the most meaningful ways I could continue supporting my children was by deepening the relationship I had with myself.

Not because it guaranteed a particular outcome.

Not because it changed their journey.

But because it changed the way I was able to walk alongside them.

Walking the Journey Together

This mentorship pathway offers a compassionate space to honour your own experience while continuing to support the person you love.

Together, we meet what is present.

The grief.

The uncertainty.

The fear.

The hope.

Not as problems to be solved, but as experiences to be understood, honoured, and gently explored.

Through intuitive guidance, multidimensional healing, and compassionate reflection, we create space for new awareness, deeper understanding, and a different relationship with what you are living.

Not because the circumstances of life necessarily change.

But because our relationship with them can.

What We May Explore Together

Every parent’s journey is unique.

Together, we may explore:

  • The ongoing grief of witnessing someone you love struggle.

  • The emotional, mental, physical, energetic, and spiritual impact this journey can have on your own well-being.

  • Your relationship with yourself amidst uncertainty, fear, and hope.

  • Patterns, perspectives, and beliefs that may be shaping your experience.

  • Ways of nurturing your own health and well-being while continuing to support your child.

  • A more expansive understanding of yourself, your experiences, and the wisdom that may be emerging through them.

Every journey unfolds in its own way.

We simply begin with what is present.

Beginning Where You Are

Sometimes the next step is mentorship.

Sometimes the next step is simply creating space for one conversation.

If you feel called to begin there, an Intuitive Guidance Session offers an opportunity to explore what is present, receive support, and discover what feels most aligned for where you are today.

An Invitation to Connect

If something within this pathway speaks to your own experience, I invite you to schedule a complimentary Connection Call.

This is a space for us to connect, explore what you are navigating, and discover whether the way I work feels aligned with what you are looking for at this stage of your journey.

It is equally an opportunity for me to discern whether I feel I am the right person to support you.

If we both feel aligned, we can explore the next step together.
