Coming Home Circle for Parents
A Monthly Gathering for Connection, Reflection, and Support
Parenthood has a way of asking more of us than we ever imagined.
It can bring immense love, joy, and purpose, while also revealing our deepest fears, challenges, wounds, and uncertainties.
Many parents find themselves carrying far more than they were ever meant to carry alone.
The pressure to have the answers.
The weight of responsibility.
The grief of witnessing a child struggle.
The challenges within relationships.
The uncertainty that accompanies life's unexpected seasons.
And yet, despite being deeply connected to others, many parents feel isolated in their experience.
This is why I created the Coming Home Circle for Parents.
A space where parents can pause, breathe, reconnect with themselves, and remember that they do not have to navigate life's challenges alone.
What is the Coming Home Circle?
The Coming Home Circle is a monthly gathering designed to support parents on their personal healing and growth journey.
It is not a parenting class.
It is not group therapy.
It is not about fixing your child or finding the perfect solution.
It is an opportunity to step away from the demands of daily life and create space for yourself.
Through guided reflection, meaningful conversation, intuitive insight, and supportive practices, we explore the experiences, challenges, and opportunities for growth that parenthood often brings to the surface.
Together, we create a compassionate environment where healing, connection, and understanding can naturally unfold
Why This Circle Matters
When parents are constantly focused on caring for everyone else, it is easy to lose connection with themselves.
Over time, this can lead to exhaustion, overwhelm, resentment, uncertainty, and a feeling of carrying life's challenges alone.
The Coming Home Circle offers an opportunity to reconnect with the part of yourself that exists beyond the roles, responsibilities, and expectations of everyday life.
As your relationship with yourself deepens, your capacity to navigate life's challenges, support your family, and show up in your relationships often begins to shift as well.
Because when parents heal, families heal.
What You Can Expect
Each gathering is unique and guided by the needs of those present.

Is This Circle Right For You?
An Invitation
The Coming Home Circle is an invitation to step out of survival mode and into a space of connection, reflection, and renewal.
A space to remember that your well-being matters.
A space to reconnect with your inner wisdom.
A space to be supported as you navigate the challenges and opportunities that parenthood presents.
Most importantly, it is a space to come home to yourself.
