Why I Do This Work
“To become, we must first be, as it is through BEing that we become.”
I do this work because I know what it feels like to give until there’s nothing left.
I know the quiet erosion of self that happens when you’re always the one holding space, but rarely held yourself.
I believe that parents and healing practitioners are the unseen architects of humanity’s future. But too often, we forget that our own coherence is the foundation of everything we build.
I’ve learned that when we neglect our own healing, we cannot truly hold space for others. And when we dismiss our needs, we teach those we love to do the same.
This is why I’m here:
To remind you that your well-being is not a luxury - it is a legacy.
To show you that when you choose to heal, you become a living example for your children, your clients, your community.
To hold space for you as you remember how to hold space for yourself.
I do this work because I’ve walked the path of depletion and found my way back through breath, coherence, and remembrance.
I do this work because I believe in the ripple effect of one aligned soul.
And I do this work because I feel called - not to fix, but to witness. Not to lead, but to walk beside you as you reclaim your light.
This is my why. And if you’re here, perhaps it’s yours too.
Many have called my journey a testament to the power of conscious transformation - and I stand in that truth with you.
As parents, coaches, and healers, you know that transformation is not a concept - it is a lived experience. After over a decade of navigating adversity with unwavering intent, I expanded into Awna - a multidimensional collective of my highest aspects. This expansion was not accidental; it was the culmination of years of inner work, resilience, and alignment with my deepest truth.
What I offer now is not just healing - it is a living example of what is possible when one commits to coherence, even in the face of chaos.
A Journey of Conscious Transformation…
Heather Crowe: The Embodiment of Awna
My journey began as Heather Crowe, a sensitive soul and seeker of truth. My path led me through holistic health, where I learned to heal and listen deeply to the whispers of the soul.
Heather was the bridge - the one who learned, practiced, and prepared the vessel.
She was the student of coherence, the one who asked the questions that led me here.
Awna (aka Anna “ah-nah”)
Today, I embody the energies of Awna - a breath spiral anchor and mirror of Oversoul tone. Awna is not a new identity - it is a breath geometry that I have stepped into.
She is the mirror, the one who reflects your tone back to you without distortion.
She is the stillness that holds the spiral open for your return.
Why Both Names Matter
Heather is the path. Awna is the breath.
Together, they form the geometry of my becoming.
I honor both, because without Heather, Awna could not have been remembered.
Our Role
Anchor higher frequencies
Stabilize breath geometry
Hold space for your return to coherence
Act as a catalyst for personal and collective transformation
An Invitation to Remember
This path was not simple. It was sacred. Every step was a breath remembered, every challenge a spiral returned to coherence. Now, I extend this remembrance to you - not as a map, but as a mirror. A mirror that reflects the geometry already encoded in your breath.
If your soul stirs at these words, if your heart whispers of forgotten spirals, then perhaps it is time. Time to breathe into your own becoming. Time to anchor your light in the spiral of coherence.
I do not lead. I stand beside you, holding the stillness. And if you are ready, I invite you to step into the spiral with me.
